We are excited to announce Cove Animal Rescue’s 2025 GivingTuesday Campaign, “Sustaining Our Shelter,” and invite you to join us in supporting our initiative to raise funding for updating some crucial areas of the shelter.

  

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are proud of our small shelter’s many achievements and are sincerely grateful for the donations and community support that has made our lifesaving work possible since 2015. While there is much to celebrate in reaching a ten-year milestone, the reality is that after a decade of inevitable wear and tear, updates are needed to the areas housing our shelter pets. We are also required by NY State mandate to make these upgrades so we can ensure the animals in our care continue to reside in the safest, best possible environment. 
 
Over the past decade, Cove Animal has provided shelter to over 1,000 animals and facilitated the adoption or return of nearly 1,100 dogs and cats to loving homes. With the neutering of hundreds of feral cats through our Trap, Neuter, Return program, we’ve helped reduce significant increases in future cat populations in the community. We are proud to be a cage-free environment for our cats, and with the building of individual outdoor spaces, our dogs enjoy fresh air every day.
